WIN HARLEY INGELBY'S ULTIMATE QUIVER
WITH HI FCS SIGNATURE FINS
SPONSOR
This contest is sponsored by Thunderbolt Surfboards (Subtotal Distribution) in partnership with Surf Hardware (FCS Fins). Thunderbolt Surfboards is the official host and administrator of the contest.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on July 29th and ends on September 16th (11:59 PM Pacific Time). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. The winner will be selected on September 17th.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members or household members of Thunderbolt Surfboards, Surf Hardware (FCS Fins), HI/Tolhurst, Harley Ingleby, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or suppliers are not eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, visit
www.thunderboltsurf.com/UltimateHIQuiver during the Contest Period and submit a valid email address. Each person may enter only once. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Use of automated entry devices or scripts is prohibited.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- The opportunity to choose one (1) HI/Tolhurst surfboard that is 8'0" or shorter.
- The opportunity to choose one (1) HI/Tolhurst surfboard that is over 8'0".
- Four (4) sets of Harley Ingleby signature fins from FCS of the winner’s choice.
- A personal consultation call with Harley Ingleby to discuss board and fin selections for the best possible setup.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize varies based on specific board and fin models selected. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. All taxes, shipping, and any additional costs associated with the prize (beyond the boards and fins themselves) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 17th. The random drawing will be conducted by Thunderbolt Surfboards or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via email (to the address provided at entry) within approximately 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize and provide any requested information (including full name, shipping address, phone number, and proof of age/eligibility if required). If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is unreachable, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Publicity and Data Usage
By entering, participants grant Thunderbolt Surfboards and Surf Hardware (FCS Fins) the right to use their name, email address, and entry information for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to email newsletters, social media, and other marketing communications.
Privacy and Data Usage
By entering the contest, you consent to the collection and use of the personal information you provide (including name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and eligibility information). This information will
be used to administer the contest, notify and contact winners, fulfill prizes, and for marketing and promotional purposes by Thunderbolt Surfboards and Surf Hardware (FCS Fins).
On or about September 17th, Thunderbolt Surfboards will provide a copy of the full email list collected during the contest to Surf Hardware (FCS Fins). Thereafter, both Thunderbolt Surfboards and Surf Hardware (FCS Fins) may use the list independently for their own future marketing, promotional, and sales purposes.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Thunderbolt Surfboards’ Privacy Policy. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, delete, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or involves fraud, tampering, or other improper conduct.
- The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical failures that may affect entry.
- In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.
- All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Thunderbolt Surfboards, Surf Hardware (FCS Fins), HI/Tolhurst, Harley Ingleby, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the contest or receipt/use of the prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.
GOVERNING LAW
These rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
