Ibis
The Ibis is a high-performance longboard and speed shape designed by CJ Nelson with Ryan Engle, built to mix classic logging with hard-charging turns off the tail.
Built around a high-performance longboard template shaped to maximize speed and control. A concave runs through the nose, generating lift and giving you a defined platform for noserides and tip time.
The modest HP longboard rocker — flatter through the middle, with kick in the tail — creates a specific balance: enough flat through the belly to glide and generate speed, enough tail rocker to turn tight and release off the top.
The performance rails are narrower and more defined than a traditional log's 50/50 shape, which is what lets the board hold through hard carves and actually drive through turns instead of sliding through them.
The 2+1 fin configuration means you can run it as a single fin for looser, more traditional feel, or drop in side bites for added drive and hold when the surf picks up.
